Delta Airlines goes through Atlanta and Chicago, and Lufthansa’s flight to Sunrise Manor goes through Frankfurt and Chicago.

The Tourist Attractions in Sunrise Manor:
As a suburb of Las Vegas most visitors would be coming to Sunrise Manor with the purpose of visiting Vegas itself. Located just a short drive away is the famous Strip and a plethora of other tourist attractions. With so much nearby, Sunrise Manor is best considered as a base for exploring Las Vegas and the surrounding region rather than as a specific tourist destination, unless you’re visiting Sunrise Manor to see the Las Vegas Nevada Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which is located here.
Las Vegas Nevada Temple
Not a tourist attraction as such, but a place that does attract a large number of visitors, is the Mormon Church temple. Officially called the Las Vegas Nevada Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints this impressive building is massive in size, covering over 80,000 square feet of floor area and set within 10.3 acres of land. There are six spires, one of which reaches the height of 119 feet, and there are a total of 192 rooms.
Generally the temple would not be open to non-Mormons, but visitors to Sunrise Manor can still appreciate this beautiful building from the outside.

Within just a short drive of Sunrise Manor you can get to experience one of the world’s most popular cities. Las Vegas is full of attractions, from the mega resorts and casinos of the world famous Strip to the towering heights of Stratosphere. Whether or not you want to gamble Las Vegas is a city that’s recommended to visit at least once in your life to experience the glitz and glamour of this crazy place!
A rental car is definitely needed if you’re staying in Sunrise Manor as this allows you to get out from Las Vegas and see some of the surrounding area. About half an hour by car is the huge Hoover Dam. Spend a few hours here, getting a behind the scenes tour of the facility to find out how it was built and how it works, then go on and visit Lake Mead, the large reservoir that was formed when the Hoover Dam was constructed.
When Should You Visit?:
Sunrise Manor enjoys the great weather which Las Vegas is famous for. It stays warm all year round here so it’s a destination that’s good for visiting throughout the year. Summers may be a little hot for some though, reaching average highs of 39 and 40C in July and August. Spring and autumn are good times to visit as the temperatures are a little lower but still perfect for enjoying outdoor activities. In April or example the average high is 26C.
